  1. Freeze the raspberries, banana and honey pineapple leave it for a day
  2. Mix the frozen fruits with Red Dragon Fruit dan fresh curly kale
  3. Blend everything in a blender and put two table spoon of chia seeds
  4. Put the smoothies in a bowl
  5. Put sugar tomato and granola as the topping
  6. ready to consume!
